coffee is hot??

I know 2 posts in a day isn't "allowed" but this has to count as a new day.

A guest just called me and said:

G: Yes, hello this is Ms. ***** in room 322. My husband just brought me up some coffee and it is way too hot. I burnt my tongue.
Me: *........silence......*
G: I just wanted to let you know so that the next guest doesn't have a bad experience.
Me: Oh thank you. I'm so sorry about -
G: *cuts me off* Okay. *click*

Ummm you really just called me to tell me the coffee is hot??!?? and then hung up on me! Coffee, by definition, is hot. This is like the stupid woman who burned herself on coffee from McDonald's and sued because the cup didn't say "Caution: Contents are Hot". REALLY WOMAN?!?!?

I don't even know what else to say.........

Oh wow. People are so dumb & they look for ANY excuse to complain. Of course coffee is going to be hot...and I guarentee that this lady would complain hardcore if it was even a bit warm.
